Local artists in all artistic disciplines and mediums are encouraged to participate in the Artisan Development Project.
Northern Tier Cultural Alliance
NTCA serves as one of 5 Regional Folk Arts Support Centers. The Institute for Cultural Partnerships and PA Council on the Arts partnered to "develop a statewide Folk Arts Infrastructure Initiative that seeks to strengthen awareness and understanding, as well as participation in, traditional arts across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."

The CIAA was formed to serve as a resource and support center for artists and artisans in all media in Lycoming County and North Central PA. The site maintains a registry of artists and maintains a library of funding resources.
